2022 LAGUNA HILLS CLASSIC *TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS*
ALISO NIGUEL SOFTBALL is a premier high school program promoting, developing, educating and teaching the sport of softball at the highest levels in Aliso Viejo, California.
The program is under the guidance of Head Coach Randie Baldwin, who played collegiately at Cal State Fullerton and Mt. San Antonio College and won CIF Championships in 2004 and 2006 as a high school athlete at Santiago High School. She took over leadership of Aliso Niguel following previously leading highly successful high school programs at Roosevelt Eastvale and Fullerton. She is assisted by legendary Aliso Coach Sharon Alvarez, Coach Brooke Cantillo (played collegiately for Mississippi State and Grand Canyon University), Coach Mike Proctor (high school & travel coach with Firecrackers Brashear/TDR) and Head Junior Varsity Coach Jane Teixeira (played collegiately at the University of Texas).
Aliso Niguel Softball strives to provide the foundation for athletes to succeed on the field of play (and in the future both on and off the field). Our program is ALWAYS looking for ATHLETES at our high school seeking to be a part of a FAMILY focused on learning and competing at ALL positions and at ALL times…competition breeds success!
TRAINING & COMPETITION
Competition Breeds Success - Great Teams Finish Strong
Our practices are designed to be physically and mentally demanding to motivate and compel our athletes and team to maximize their potential and provide the foundation to "finish strong." All practices include strength/agility/cardiovascular training, foundational baserunning, fielding and hitting repetitions, and competitive "live" scrimmage and situational play. Through our competitive practices athletes will obtain both the skills (e.g., "how") and knowledge (e.g., "why") necessary to compete at the highest levels.

PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE
The Scoreboard Takes Care of Itself
Aliso Niguel Softball trains our student athletes not only to compete at the highest level, but also to represent themselves, their team, their school and their community off the field and in the classroom. We train our athletes to understand we control our effort...when we do our best as individuals and teammates...the scoreboard (on the field and in life) will take care of itself.
